If you schedule many agendas in advance, you can have these (empty) agendas appear as events in the calendar. These events are not yet linked to the agenda.

The link appears in the calendar on the Meeting participants tab after the agenda has been made visible to the participants or on the Public tab after publication.

Event

Optional

Deactivate if you don’t want to create an agenda event in the meeting participant’s calendar.

Public

This option is ticked by default.

It only appears when publishing is active for the committee. The agenda event appears in the public calendar by default.
