Link the agenda PDF as an attachment to a different agenda

Use Link PDF to agenda to add the agenda PDF as an attachment to an agenda item of another agenda.

Open de Agenda module.
Open the agenda you want to link.
Scroll down and click on the Link PDF to agenda button in the bottom right-hand corner:

Link to	Only the option Copy to a different agenda is available.
PDF type	Select if you want to attach the agenda with or without attachments.
Committee	Select the committee.
Meeting date	Select the meeting date.
Item	Select the agenda item.
Confidentiality	Select whether or not the agenda is confidential.
Jump to	Select whether you wish to jump to the target agenda.

Click Link in the top right-hand corner.
