When you click on the distribution icon after distribution, a number of icons appear. Find out more about their meaning below.
Distribution icons
First click on the distribution button:
The document has not yet been opened in the online web box.
The document has been opened in the online web box.
The document has not yet been opened in the app.
The document has been opened in the app.
The latest version of the document has been distributed. Mouse over the icon to view the distribution date and time.
The notification mail has been sent to the participant.
The earlier version of the document has been replaced by the new version.
The document has been retracted from the app.
