Adding the meeting report closing manually

Take the following steps to add the meeting report closing to the pdf manually:

  1. Login to your dashboard.
  2. Click on the Meeting report module.
  3. Open the meeting report.
  4. Click on the pencil in the top right-hand corner to edit the basic information.
  5. Scroll down to the  Closing field.
  6. Add your text. You can make use of the #PLAATS# and #DATUM_TEKEN# placeholders. How this works is explained in the following steps.
  7. Enter the location in the Place text field. Thanks to the #PLAATS# placeholder that you used above, the location is automatically added to the meeting report closing in the pdf.
  8. Select the dat of signature in the Date of signature field.
  9. Enter the location in the Place text field. Thanks to the #DATUM_TEKEN# placeholder that you used above, the date of signature is automatically added to the meeting report closing in the pdf.
  10. Click Save in the top right-hand corner to save your edits.
  11. The closing is now visible at the bottom of the meeting report view.
  12. Click on the Details tab and then on View as PDF  to view the closing in the pdf.

Display the text by default

It is of course also possible to show the text in the Closing field by default. You then only have to enter the place and date of signature.

Please contact the Helpdesk; they will implement this for you.
