Moving agenda (sub) items and attachments in large agendas

Moving agenda (sub) items or attachments in very large agendas can be tricky with drag and drop.There is, however, another way to move your items or attachments.

Moving an agenda (sub) item

Use the Copy or move option.

• Click in the agenda item you want to move.
• Select Move within the agenda.
• Select After item and then the item underneath you want to place the agenda item.
• Select In item and then the agenda item in which you want to place the sub-item.
• The agenda-item attachments are selected by default. Deselect any you don’t want to move.

Moving an attachment

• Click in the agenda item with the attachment you want to move.
• Click next to the attachment you want to move.
• Select the target agenda (sub) in the drop-down menu.
• Click Attach. The attachment has now been moved to the target item.
